Every option in Global Settings and what it changes.

Updated October 22, 2026 1 min read

Org Admins open Global Settings to set defaults for the organization.

Monitoring defaults

  • Screenshot Interval: every 3, 5 or 10 minutes.
  • Allow Screenshot Delete and Delete Screenshots (days): whether employees may delete their own screenshots, and how far back.
  • Auto End Session After (minutes): ends a session after 60 to 180 minutes without a click or keystroke.
  • Default Timezone: used for new employees.
  • Default Working Hours: the expected hours per day.
  • Threshold Working Hours: the minimum daily hours; it must not be higher than the default working hours.

New employees only

Saving these settings changes the defaults for people you add from now on. Existing employees keep their personal settings.

Apply to all employees

Apply to all employees copies the defaults to everyone, overwriting the screenshot, delete, auto end and working hours settings of every employee. It cannot be undone, so use it with care.

Exclusions for HR Manager

Add people HR Managers should not see, such as senior leaders. Remove them from the list to make them visible again.
