Disconnect an AI app and review its activity

Revoke a connection instantly and see every request it made.

Updated October 22, 2026 1 min read

Disconnect

Open AI Access, find the connection and select Disconnect. Access is revoked immediately; the AI app has to ask for approval again to reconnect.

  • Org Admins can disconnect anyone’s app.
  • HR Managers can disconnect their own.

Connections that are not used for 30 days end on their own.

Recent activity

The Recent activity list shows the latest 25 requests: when, which app, what was asked for, the result and how long it took. Org Admins see everyone’s requests; HR Managers see their own.

Turn everything off

An Org Admin can switch AI access off for the whole organization at any time. Existing connections stop working straight away.
