AI access is off until an Org Admin turns it on. Nothing is shared with AI apps before that.
- Open AI Access in your workspace.
- Turn on Allow AI apps to connect to this organization.
- Choose the allowed apps: ChatGPT, Claude or both.
Org Admins and HR Managers can then connect their own ChatGPT or Claude account. Turning access off, or removing an app, blocks its connections immediately.
Data the AI app reads is sent to OpenAI or Anthropic under your account with them. Check your privacy notice and agreements before turning it on.
