Install the desktop app on macOS

Choose the right download for your Mac and grant the permissions the app needs.

  1. Sign in to your Trackion workspace and open Download Desktop App.
  2. Choose macOS (Apple Silicon) for M-series Macs or macOS (Intel) for older Macs. Not sure? Open the Apple menu → About This Mac.
  3. Open the downloaded file and drag Trackion into your Applications folder.
  4. Open Trackion from Applications. If macOS blocks it on first launch, right-click the app, choose Open and confirm.
  5. When macOS asks, allow Accessibility and Screen Recording.
  6. Sign in with your workspace, email and password.

If a permission prompt does not appear

Open System Settings → Privacy & Security and turn Trackion on under Accessibility and Screen Recording. Then quit and reopen the app.

Tips

  • Add the app to your Dock.
  • Turn on Launch at Startup from the app’s File menu.
