Reset an employee’s password

Set a new password for someone who is locked out.

Open the employee’s page and select Reset Password from the menu.
Type a new password of at least 8 characters, or select Generate Random Password.
Copy it and select Reset Password.

Trackion does not email the new password. Share it with the person securely and ask them to change it in Settings → Password after they sign in.
