Change one employee’s tracking settings

Give one person a different screenshot interval, working hours or delete rights.

Updated October 22, 2026 1 min read

Every employee has their own copy of the tracking settings, taken from Global Settings when they were added. Org Admins and HR Managers can change them on the employee’s Settings tab.

The settings

  • Auto End Session After (minutes): 60, 90, 120, 150 or 180 minutes without a click or keystroke.
  • Screenshot Interval: every 3, 5 or 10 minutes.
  • Allow Screenshot Delete: lets this person delete their own screenshots.
  • Delete screenshots (days): how far back they may delete, from same day only to 7 days.
  • Default Working Hours: their daily target, from 0.5 to 24 hours.
  • Threshold Working Hours: days below this count as underperforming in their score.

Select Save Settings.

While the employee is tracking

Settings cannot be changed while the person has a work session running. Try again after they stop the timer.

Changing everyone at once

To reset everyone to the organization defaults, use Apply to all employees in Global Settings. It overwrites these personal settings for every employee.
