1. Register
Open the sign-up page and enter your name, email address, organization name, phone number and a password. Your workspace address is made from your organization name: “Acme Support” becomes acmesupport. If the name is already taken, choose a slightly different one.
2. Confirm your email
We email you a 6-digit code. Enter it on the Verify Your Email page.
- The code is valid for 15 minutes and you have 3 attempts.
- Select Resend Code after 60 seconds if it does not arrive.
- Typed the wrong address? Select Change email address.
3. Wait for your workspace
Trackion now creates your private database. This usually takes 30 to 60 seconds. Keep the page open; you are signed in automatically when it finishes.
4. Choose a plan
Pick the plan that fits your team size. Plans with a trial show the number of trial days on the card, and you can change plans at any time later.
