Trackion for employees: what to expect

What is recorded, what you can see and who sees your data.

Updated October 22, 2026 1 min read

When tracking happens

Only while your timer runs in the desktop app. Stop the timer for breaks and personal time.

What is recorded

  • When your sessions start and stop, and the project you picked.
  • How many clicks and keystrokes you make each minute, never which keys.
  • Screenshots at the interval your organization sets.

What you can see

Everything about yourself: My Dashboard, Work Sessions, Screenshots & Activity and Workstations.

Who else can see it

The person you report to and the managers above them, managers of groups you are in, HR Managers (unless you are excluded from HR) and Org Admins.

Something captured by mistake?

If your organization allows it, you can delete your own recent screenshots.
