If you captured something private by accident, you can delete your own screenshots when your organization has turned this on.
- Open Screenshots & Activity and choose the day.
- Tick up to 5 screenshots.
- Select Delete in the bar at the bottom, then Confirm delete.
Limits
- You can only delete your own screenshots.
- Only recent screenshots can be deleted. Your organization sets how many days back, from the same day only up to 7 days.
- Deleting is permanent.
Effect on your time
Deleting a screenshot also removes the activity recorded with it, so your productive and idle time for that interval goes down.
