A work session runs from the moment you select Start in the desktop app until you select Stop, or until it ends automatically after inactivity.

- Choose a person (managers see their team) and, if you like, a project.
- Switch between Week and Month, or jump to Today.
- Each day shows the number of sessions, hours logged, hours worked, and productive and idle time.
- Select a day to see every session with clicks, keystrokes, screenshots and productive and idle shares.
Hours logged and hours worked
Hours logged is the full length of the sessions. Hours worked is the time the app actually measured activity for (productive plus idle). A small difference is normal, for example when a computer sleeps with the timer running.
Can sessions be edited?
No. Sessions are recorded by the desktop app and cannot be added, edited or deleted from the web, so everyone can trust the numbers.
