How often
The desktop app takes a screenshot every 3, 5 or 10 minutes while the timer runs. Org Admins set the default in Global Settings → Screenshot Interval, and it can be changed for one person on their Settings tab.
Multiple monitors
Every monitor is captured as its own screenshot, labelled with the monitor’s name.
Who sees them
Employees see their own. Managers see their team. HR Managers see everyone except people excluded from HR. Org Admins see everyone. Screenshots are never shared with AI apps.
Deleting screenshots
When Allow Screenshot Delete is on, employees can delete their own recent screenshots. See Delete your own screenshots.
