The Dashboard is the first page after you sign in. Org Admins, HR Managers and Managers start on Team Dashboard and can switch to My Dashboard.

- Online Now: select it to see who is online and offline, with the current session length.
- Total Team Hours and the average per person.
- Team Productivity Trend for 30 days against a 75% target line.
- Top Performers and Needs Attention by score over the last 30 days.
My Dashboard
Your hours today, your productivity compared with yesterday, active and idle time, sessions today and a weekly overview.
What “online” means
Someone is online while they have a work session running in the desktop app. There is no separate idle status.
How fresh is it?
The top cards refresh every minute. Today’s hours and productivity are recalculated through the day and can lag by up to about an hour.
