Use Performance Summary for a monthly or quarterly view of how the team is doing. You can also filter by project.
What it shows
- Overall Productivity Score: the average daily productive share across the team.
- Total Productive Hours.
- Average Activity Rate: clicks plus keystrokes per hour.
- Productivity Over Time and Time Allocation (productive versus idle).
- Top Performers and Needs Attention: up to five people each.
- Team Performance Leaderboard with each person’s productivity, productive hours, activity rate and score.
Use it fairly
Activity rates differ by job. A designer clicks more than a writer. Compare people with similar roles, and use “Needs Attention” to start a supportive conversation.
