Prepare for a one-to-one

Use an employee’s page to bring facts, not impressions.

Updated October 22, 2026 1 min read

  1. Open the person’s page from Employees.
  2. On Overview, look at the 30-day activity timeline, their score and top projects.
  3. On Work Sessions, switch to Month to spot long days or unusual gaps.
  4. In Work Pattern Analysis, check a typical day for very early starts or late finishes.

Questions to ask

  • “Your hours on project X went up a lot. Is the scope right?”
  • “You often finish late. Is the workload manageable?”
  • “What would help you have more focused time?”

Share what you see. Trackion works best when the person sees the same data you do on their own dashboard.
