Run a 15-minute weekly team review

A simple Monday routine with three reports.

Updated October 22, 2026 1 min read

1. Hours (5 minutes)

Open Time Summary for last week. Look for red and amber days. One short day is normal; a pattern is worth a question.

2. Productivity (5 minutes)

Open Performance Summary for the same week. Compare the trend with the week before and note who is in Needs Attention.

3. Projects (5 minutes)

Open Project Tracking and check that hours went where you expected. A project taking far more time than planned is an early warning.

Turn it into action

  • Thank the people who carried a heavy week.
  • Ask, do not accuse. Low numbers often mean meetings, calls or a blocker.
  • Export the reports if you share them with leadership.

Prefer to ask in plain language? The AI Assistant has a built-in weekly team review prompt.
