Introduce Trackion to your team

How to explain monitoring openly so people trust it.

Updated October 22, 2026 1 min read

People accept monitoring when they understand it. Be open from the start.

Explain why

Fair workloads, accurate client billing, recognising hard work, or supporting remote teams. Pick the reasons that are true for you.

Explain what

  • Trackion only records while the timer runs.
  • It counts clicks and keystrokes; it never records what anyone types.
  • Screenshots are taken at a set interval, and you can say whether people may delete their own.

Explain who

Say who can see what: managers see their team, HR sees what Org Admins allow, and everyone sees their own data. Link to Roles: who can see what.

Check your obligations

Employee monitoring rules differ by country. Check your local requirements and update your employee privacy notice before you start.
