Spot overwork early

Signs of burnout in the data, and what to do about them.

Updated October 22, 2026 1 min read

Time tracking is as useful for protecting people as for measuring them.

Signs to look for

  • Green every day in Time Summary, well above target, for weeks in a row.
  • Sessions late at night or at weekends in Work Pattern Analysis.
  • Very few breaks between sessions in Idle Time Deep Dive.
  • Productivity slowly dropping while hours rise in Performance Summary.

What to do

  • Talk privately and early. Ask about workload before performance.
  • Move or drop work, and encourage proper breaks.
  • Check again in two weeks.

The AI Assistant has a built-in prompt to check for signs of overwork across your team.
