Tracking stopped on its own

Why sessions end automatically and how to avoid surprises.

Updated October 22, 2026 1 min read

“Tracking stopped due to inactivity”

There were no clicks or keystrokes for longer than your organization’s Auto End Session After time, so Trackion ended the session. Start the timer again when you are back.

Long calls or reading

If your work involves long periods without clicks, ask an Org Admin or HR Manager to raise the auto end time for you on your Settings tab.

“Please sign in again”

Your sign-in has expired or your password was changed. Sign in again in the app and restart the timer.

Your account or plan changed

Sessions also end when an account is suspended. Check with your manager if you are unsure.
